Payment must be made within the next 4 working days to that of conclusion of the purchase.

In case of purchase you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions relating to the payment of the object. In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th day we will close it with an unpaid item notification and we will put the product back on sale.

If your parcel is stranded or in stock, we will notify you and do what in our. possession to overcome the impasse.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so, we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

For shipments by express courier the couriers made 2 attempts to deliver, if after 2 attempts they fail to deliver the goods it will go into storage. Any costs for inventory not due to our shortcomings will be charged to the recipient.
